The Beginning

Ron's trucking career began in 2004, where he gained valuable experience as an over-the-road driver and developed a deep understanding of the industry. He later joined United Petroleum Transport (UPT) as a Company Driver, quickly standing out for his professionalism and skill. At UPT, Ron expanded his role by becoming a trainer and serving as a respected member of the company’s elite safety committee. His dedication and expertise earned him the respect of his peers, making his transition within the company seamless. Today, Ron continues to partner with UPT, ensuring customers throughout the Texas region receive their products efficiently and safely.

BJ Premium Logistics was born out of love and respect for the matriarch of our family, Betty “BJ” Jackson. She was the heart of our family—strong, supportive, witty yet always encouraging us to dream bigger. Before her passing, we had the incredible honor of unveiling the very first truck in our fleet to her. Seeing her pride and joy in that moment is something we will never forget. It was more than just a truck—it was a symbol of her legacy and the foundation she helped build.

Today, BJ Premium Logistics carries that same spirit forward. Her values of hard work, integrity, and family are at the core of everything we do, guiding how we serve our partners and care for the communities we reach.
